Shipping

Domestic Shipments

Domestic shipments to the Continental United States are sent via Economy Shipping and will arrive in 5 to 8 business days.

Overnight shipments may be available by request, at an extra cost.

The customer is responsible for providing us with a secure shipping location for delivery and one in which a person is available to sign for the package. If a change of shipping address is required by the customer, this request must come in writing via email, before the shipping confirmation is sent, and is not The Revival Collection’s responsibility until confirmed via email. If an item is received damaged, please email info@therevivalcollection.com immediately with a clear description of the item. It is required that a photo of the damaged package is included.

International Shipments

International Shipments are sent to most countries with a flat $75 fee. Customer pays all associated duties and taxes associated with the order. All other shipping details are in line with domestic shipping policies.

Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

The Revival Collection does not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend packaging your items with extra padding and including secure tracking information and insurance for your own protection. Please note that in order to process an exchange, credit or refund, the customer must first be in touch with The Revival Collection so that we know to expect it alongside our other incoming shipments. The Revival Collection is not liable for items returned without prior notification.

Returns & Exchanges

Signature Collection

We will accept unworn items, in their original packaging, showing no signs of having been worn or used, within five (14) days of delivery. Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days under any circumstances. If you would like to exchange or return an item, please email info@therevivalcollection.com to begin the process. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization. 

Bridal, Made to Order, Personalized, & Custom

Made-to-order pieces, custom orders and engraved pieces, are FINAL SALE — no refunds, no exchanges. If you have any questions about your specific item's return policies, please email us before purchasing.

Discounted Items

Discounted items are FINAL SALE, and are therefore not eligible for exchange, credit, nor return. 

Order Fulfillment

Items from the Signature Collection are made to order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for all orders to be processed. Some items, especially those with customization and engraving, may take longer to ship. If you need an order expedited, please contact info@therevivalcollection.com 

Warranty and Jewelry Insurance

We offer a complimentary 2 year warranty on all pieces, except vintage jewelry. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect.


This warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty.

Please kindly note that any work performed on our pieces by anyone outside of The Revival Collection will void this warranty.

We always recommend insuring your custom and bridal pieces. Jeweler's Mutual offers stand alone jewelry policies. Alternatively, you can add jewelry to your homeowners insurance with a rider.

Vintage Jewelry Collection

All vintage pieces are sold as-is and The Revival Collection is not responsible for the cost of any needed repairs. We only sell pieces that we've determined are in wearable condition. That being said, antique jewelry should be handled with extra care.

Jewelry Care

A simple home remedy for cleaning your gold and diamond jewelry is to mix a spot of dish soap in a bowl with warm water. Let your jewelry soak in the bowl for a few minutes. Remove the jewelry and scrub with a soft, clean toothbrush. Then, dry with a dish cloth and polish with a jewelry cloth. Repeat as often as necessary.

The Revival Collection has a huge respect for your privacy. Third parties (such as AdRoll) may place cookies on your browser for targeted advertising purposes.
